הֵזָיֹאֵל HeZaYo EL / HAZIEL

Mercy of God, friendship and favor of the great, execution of a promise made. Governs good faith and reconciliation. Sincere in promises; will easily extend pardon.

Influence time and dates: 02:41-03:00 May 1st through May 5th

HAZIEL. His attribute is Merciful God. His ray begins at the 41st degree up to the 45th degree inclusive, corresponding to the fifth decan and to the angel named Ero or Virvaso; under the influence of the Moon.  This angel and those which follow, up to the 16th, belong to the Second Order of Angels, which the Orthodox call the Choir of the Cherubim. He rules over the following days: 28th March, 8th June, 19th August, 30th October, and 10th January.

He serves to obtain God’s mercy, the friendship and favours of the great, and the execution of promises made by a person. He rules over good faith and reconciliation.

Those born under this influence will be sincere in their promises and will easily pardon those who commit an offence against them.

The negative side of this angel dominates hate and hypocrisy; he rules those who seek to deceive by all possible means; he keeps enemies irreconcilable.

FIRST CONVERSATION

A feeling of loss and grief, like an echo of the loss of faith–caught and held in a giant sky soft with stars.

“Show thyself to me, Angel.” A diagram of light, like a cylindrical machine, but alive, a tube for the gentle massaging of tension. Tendrils and vines roll within. It begins to rain after heat.

“What is your office with me, Angel?” Be without words. [I relax instantly, effortlessly.] A rural hillside. A farm. An old hollow stump. Enticing darkness. I enter and go down, feeling in my body the water under earth, my toes cool in its rivers. I am slowly, deliciously filled and refreshed.

“What message for those who talk with angels?” Soften. Remember that you can walk on clouds. What has been wounded can heal stronger than before; give it time and attention. There is enough mercy to reach every body. Let the pain go.

“How may I find healing with N. N., [an estranged lover with whom I was in community] to move forward?” Start small. Be slow. Let it unfold piece by piece, and be content at every step.

“And with N. N. [a friend, with whom I was having a disagreement]?” Remember. [Dancing. A black wisp; a taste of food and laughter–memories of times spent happily together.]

SECOND CONVERSATION

Contact begins with four groups of two glowing orbs each, at the corners of my vision. “Angel, show thyself, for I would know thee.” I see hazy, glowing images of two hands, palms out and fingers downward, an eye or flame in each palm. After a few moments, I am suddenly seeing an aerial view of my neighborhood, as if from a low-flying bird. My own home glows brightly, and in my body I am aware of a presence entering the room from my western window, behind me. In my mind’s eye they are a brightly glowing bird, like an Egyptian Ba image. I am told to keep writing, and I feel their eyes on me.

“Angel, what is your message for me at this time?” I see you well and whole, held in the mercy and grace of the Gods, and I offer service for the good of the humans.

[With particular individuals in mind:] “Angel, I pray for those who find themselves at odds with community, that they may know mercy and be received into the bosom of those who love them.” The bird-image splits into four, flickers and disappears, then reforms, saying, The kindness of God is given to those who open themselves, and none is forced: But your prayer is heard, and their way prepared. What will you ask further?

“Angel, please guide me in my relationship with N. N. [a lover], for our mutual good.” I receive messages of a personal nature and some energetic work around my heart, and feel both very happy and humbled, realizing how vulnerable a thing it is to love and receive love.

“Angel, I would be at peace with all my former lovers, and especially with N. N. and N. N.” [I realize later I had made a similar request in the first conversation with regard to a different individual, which had been fulfilled to my great satisfaction.] I see my beloved ones, their backs to me, but attending; I feel called to begin singing from a feeling of tenderness and forgiveness. I understand healing will take time, but I am aware of hearts softening. I am directed to reach out to one of them energetically, and I feel a return echo of sweetness, sadness, and longing. [After the invocation, I reached out directly to this person, and found the vision to be true, and reconciliation possible and desired.]

“Holy angel, may these and all who love me and who are in pain on my account be well, be healed, be free from suffering, and come to know peace.” Holy holy holy. Amen.
