יֹחֵוָיָה YoCheVaYA / Iehuiah

Influence time and dates: 10:41 – 11:00, August 31 through September 4 inclusive. She rules over the following days: April 21, July 2, September 12, November 23, February 3. The invocation is done from 10:40am till 11:00am.

IEHUIAH. Her attribute is God Who Knows All Things. Her ray commences from the 161st degree up to the 165th degree inclusive, corresponding to the seventeenth decade and to the angel called Ouestucati under the influence of Venus. This angel and those, which follow up to the 40th, belong to the Fifth Order of Angels, which the Orthodox call the Choir of Powers.

She serves to recognize traitors and hidden enemies, to destroy their projects and their machinations.  This angel protects all honorable princes; she keeps their subjects in obedience. The person born under this influence will love to fulfill all the works of their estate.

Revealing the dark side: this angel helps you to recognize the negative forces active inside you. She helps to integrate your dark side and be in good relation to your negative impulses.

The negative side of this angel rules over insubordinate or overproud spirits; she provokes unjustified rebellion, sedition, and revolution.

FIRST CONVERSATION

I was a bit nervous for this one, as the angel’s bailiwick sounded like some sort of divine secret police, but was pleasantly surprised….

Contact began with a thick, heady sensation and difficulty forming words. The air around me felt liquid and viscous, and I thought I might be in the ocean.

“Angel, show thyself.” My vision suddenly zooms up and out–the temple, my home, the land around, the whole earth, stars and galaxies getting smaller. Then, very clear, a butterfly, then a child, naked and covered in wings and eyes. A meadow wherein each flower is a world. A simultaneous sense of innocence and tremendous power.

“Angel, what is thy office concerning me?” Don’t think–feel. Do you know where the stars come from, or the thoughts of the heart of those you love best? Can you say how you came to be, or speak of what sustains your life each moment, or of what your end might be among the endless fields of the night of stars? The sky is full of flowers, and a bright rain falls, like cosmic pollen. Beings spring up where each drop falls, wondrous forms. It reminds me of the planet Uriel in A Wrinkle in Time. They sing together beyond what I can understand. It is beautiful and weird and subtle and powerful.

Therefore be present in what is before you, and trust in that Being that contains you in all your parts. I make you perfect in all your parts, and there is nothing that has not its name and purpose in all the endless worlds. Nor can you imagine anything, except it has been made, with perfections you dream not of. With this I give you peace.

The angel lifts a flower on a long stalk, like a sunflower; I am entranced by it. The angel shakes it and laughs, and light falls around me and I am amazed, childlike. It seems suddenly strange to think of limitation; I am filled with curiousity and know the smallness of my being and the greatness of the field in which I stand. It is a sensuous experience, full of synaesthesia–wind on my skin tastes like flowers, and there is warmth in my belly and heart. How many hands do I even have? Am I old, young, male, female? I am confounded by delight.

I see an ocean of milk, and a great sea-shell floating in it, and the angel enthroned as a mighty queen, about whom coils a jeweled dragon, and whose many breasts pour forth the ocean. She is lascivious, touching herself in pleasure, and in the shaking of her orgasm worlds are born from her body, and the dragon sends them out in graceful spirals to populate infinite space. The vision persists for a long time. Finally, I recollect myself:

“Angel, what message for those who speak to angels?” What is written is sufficient, but it must be felt to be true. Seek in the experience of life the meaning thereof. There is nothing that must be done, for good or ill, and I command not, but invite you to experience and know for yourself how wonderful is creation and how eternal its bliss, beyond aught you can say or conceive or believe. Only beyond belief do you come to the truth, and only in living do you find grace. Peace unto you in all your ways. All is made real in the joy of the spirit; despise not what is given to you.

SECOND CONVERSATION

Flashing image of a tree. I am aware of my smallness in relation to it and my distance from the main trunk, and yet I am a part of the same tree.

“Angel, show thyself.” A bird descending, with flashing bright plumage and a long tail, something like a bird of paradise. As it comes close, it appears as a human figure clothed in feathers; then it lays aside the feathers and stands naked before me. Its face is like a pearl; I can see it only indistinctly. The voice is rich and soft: I have heard the questions and the pleas of your heart, and I come to you in a form you can understand.

My head is suddenly spinning and filled with fragments of song, with a pulsing throb in my ears. This continues for some seconds.

“Angel, what is your message for me, who knows the thoughts of my heart?” I come to bring you beyond yourself, into direct connection (my ears and head are suddenly clear) and communion with that thought which generated you.

My body flushes with heat, and I am directed to be naked; I take off my robe. Behold, the wonders of which you scarcely dream. I am swept up into the branches of the tree and find myself in a space of many shifting fields of color and light, in which vast beings move, grasped only in fragments: a leg, a hand, a crowned head with three faces. One is like a strong and sorrowful woman, another has serpents at the corners of its mouth, grotesque like a devil mask; the third is ancient, bearded, and seen only in three-quarters profile. I hear small notes and held tones and ringing bells, like a symphony warming up, with fragments of melody.

“Angel, why am I shown these things?” Look again, and see thyself. I see my body as if from a great distance, in my room, naked and writing; and all about it are signs and wonders that are invisible to my physical eyes. A stream of small winged beings is flowing continually through my head, entering from behind; a ring of tall beings like ambulant plants surrounds my home, swaying and protective; symbols like unknown letters form and fade around me.

I show you these things that you may see the limits of your knowledge and be humble before the fullness of creation: for all that you know and see is but one fragment of what exists around you. Crystal-like planes cross-cut through space in more dimensions than I can visualize. I see my tiny bubble of physical world as a relatively stable illusion brought about by the interplay of these planes. Somewhere a vast heart is beating; stars are wheeling through the space where I sit, unnoticed by my body, which is still writing.

“Angel, how shall I relate to human and mundane powers, knowing this?” Understand that they are also illusion and entrapment. Therefore do not worship crowns or offices, but know that they also have their appointed power, and scorn them not. But a greater freedom and a greater law is given to you, for of yourself you know nothing, save the unfolding of the law of your nature, and not yet its end.

Therefore, do not seek to borrow plumage, but in your nakedness speak truth to those who claim power for themselves, and say, your crowns are playthings, and the Holy Ones are above my head; therefore let us make sport together, thou and I. And when they are appeased, go your way in peace, and do not fear. For human power is a game, and they are children who play at it; but those who follow the law of heaven and earth are not caught in their acting, either to obey or to rebel.

Now I take this vision from you, that you may see with your own eyes that which is given for your truth.
